I just read an article from Natural news about the internet changing to where you will be charged to visit websites. Sites that don't make enough money will disappear. I think it would be bad to have to pay for the time you visit for websites, going to different websites. Right now I pay only forty dollars a month. But on a plan like this, depending on the fees they charge, only the rich might be able to afford the internet. Of course, we could use things we used before the internet to get information: libraries, newspapers, magazine, tv, etc. But still it wouldn't be the same. It is about the companies making more money off people and it will especially effect the poor people. I believe that the internet should be free. I want to make a petition. Hmm. I made this post in August. It is now January. So far the internet is still not pay per site yet. Still over a year to not have to worry. Aha. I feel so much better. Less worried than I was before. Such a state of panic.
Oh and I pay $45.95 per month from Shaw now. I think before it was about $44. I though it was $40 but anyways kind of close.
